Maestro 31 SV
Unique seed wagon system with new options
The Maestro 31 SV is a universal single grain seed drill for farms with a high share of row crops. Due to the SplitRow layout of the row units the machine can work in two row spacings. For example, maize can be sown in a wide conventional row (70 cm, 75 cm, 30") whereas other crops like soya, other legume species, rape, sunflowers or sorghum are sown with a halved row, i.e. 35 cm, 37,5 cm or 15".
What are the excelling features of the Maestro 31 SV?
- 16 rows with a row spacing of 70 cm, 75 cm, 30", i. e. for maize
- 31 row with a row spacing of 35 cm, 37,5 cm, 15" for other crops, e. g. sunflowers, rape, sorghum, soybeans and other legumes
- High clearance as the tyres are offset by 30 cm
- Hopper partition 5 400 / 2 200 litres for fertiliser / seed (recommended for rotations with an emphasis on maize and sunflowers)
- Hopper partition 3 800 / 3 800 litres for fertiliser / seed for rotations with an emphasis on legumes
- Simple changing of the row spacings due to hydraulic row retraction and mechanical locking mechanism
- Underground fertilisation of 16 rows by means of single disc fertiliser coulter
- Fertilisation of 16 resp. 31 rows with contact fertiliser unit directly into the seed furrow
- Large tyres (580 / 70 R 38) for maximum soil protection with telescopic axle
- Optional bisectional AutoForce regulation with weight transfer from the seed wagon for an optimum embedding of the grain
- ContourFarming for a compensated application rate when cornerning (option)
