Manage a geographical territory while optimizing sales of HORSCH products and parts while prioritizing the highest level of customer service and loyalty. Growing sales by customer confidence is considered the prime focus. The position will be responsible for Sales support, dealer training, technical field assistance, customer demonstrations, project management, maintaining relationships with current dealers, as well as the execution of marketing activities in coordination with the dealers in the territory. Extensive travel is required for this position to include average weekly overnight stays of three (3) nights per week.

We are currently looking for a parts specialist with agricultural experience. The candidate is responsible for supporting dealers, managing inventories, and communicating with our factories in the USA and Germany. The candidate will handle technical and pricing requests, as well as support dealers with their inventory management. Sourcing, ordering, logistics and administration of the parts business will also be a large portion of the responsibilities.
