Description:

As a Multimedia Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company's global presence across various platforms. You will be an integral part of the marketing team, working closely to develop and execute marketing strategies through various forms of media, both online and offline, that align with our brand's goals and values. Your creativity and strategic mindset will be key in driving engagement, growing our audience, and strengthening our communication through a variety of media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce, and manage multimedia content, from content online such as social media and the company website to content in magazines, journals, brochures, and other forms of offline media
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content across all platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice and message
  • Script, record, and edit video content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production
  • Create engaging visuals, videos, and interactive elements to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and manage all social media accounts such as Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries both on and off social media, and manage online and offline interactions to foster a strong sense of community
  • Manage and organize multimedia assets and archives
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive multimedia strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives
  • Research and stay current on industry trends and advancements in multimedia technology
  • Travel as needed to attend marketing events and support the team, capturing professionalquality photos of our events and products for promotional use. Travel may account for up to 50% of your work time

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytic tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A background in agronomy or the agricultural industry is highly appreciated

Physical Demands/Work Environment: 

  • Individuals may need to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods. 
  • The position may require reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting up to 50 pounds. Proper lifting techniques are required.
  • The performance of this position will require exposure to manufacturing areas where the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses with side shields, is required.
