Design & Branding Coordinator

Description:

As our Design & Branding Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the HORSCH brand strong, consistent, and engaging across North America.
You’ll lead the development of on- and offline campaigns, event materials, and visual assets that bring our brand to life — always aligned with our global strategy and our headquarters in Germany.
All materials you create should reflect the HORSCH brand identity and stay consistent across every platform and audience.
We’re looking for someone with fresh ideas, strong design instincts, and sharp attention to detail. You'll join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with talented professionals from around the world on projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the HORSCH brand identity at events and across print, digital, and internal communications
  • Design marketing assets such as brochures, social media graphics, ads, presentations, signage, and more
  • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and deliver a unified, high-quality message
  • Translate technical product details into clean, compelling visual content
  • Work with external vendors (designers, printers, photographers, etc.) to maintain quality and deadlines
  • Track trends and competitor activity to keep our brand fresh and differentiated
  • Support our digital presence, including website visuals and digital ads
  • Maintain and organize the brand asset library
  • Provide brand guidance and support across internal teams
  • Track project timelines and budgets
  • Manage inventory of promotional items, branded gifts, and uniforms — keeping everything organized and stocked

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or marketing communications
  • Strong visual design skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and basic CMS or web tools is a plus
  • Experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, or vendor visits

Work Environment

  • May require sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods
  • May involve lifting up to 50 lbs using proper techniques
  • This role may include occasional access to manufacturing areas with required PPE (e.g., safety glasses)
