Location: Canada

Job Objective

Manages the company’s expansion into a new market. Centralizes product improvements, trainings, and communication for sales and service support. Has the Business Unit responsibility from the lead generation to conversion and after the sale. Experience required in the agricultural technical industry with a background in operating and servicing spraying equipment and knowledge in setting up precision agriculture equipment and applications.

Position Requirements:

- Experience in precision agricultural equipment, applications, products, and networks
- Hands on agricultural equipment selling and servicing skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, by phone, and in a multicultural environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer skills - including the ability to use communication and organization software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email on laptop and smartphone
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Self-motivated
- Ability to make decisions with or without supervision in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Agribusiness, or Construction preferred
- Minimum 5 years practical experience required
- 2 or more weeks at factory in Germany a year

Job Responsibilities:

- Introduce and demonstrate, a new product line in the Canadian market and develop the knowledge within the team and the dealer network
- Provide customer sales and product sales support over the phone, by Emails as well as in person
- Generate ideas and solutions through customer relationships and failure analysis
- Assist engineering in prototype builds, parts installation testing and reporting
- Assist with field product support and report issues to service director
- Assist in creating training materials as well as sales and service manuals
- Assist with internal and dealer sales and service trainings
- Provide monitor set up support and precision agriculture applications
- Assist at farm shows, dealer events and all marketing activities and plans
