Technology for utmost efficiency

The basis

  • Solidly designed frame made of quality steel

Steering axle – less tramline damage (optional)

Large tyres – less ground pressure

  • Wheels with diameter of up to 2.05 m
  • Maximum ground contact area with perfectly adapted air pressure
  • Adapted Tyre Pressure Control – automatic tyre pressure regulation that is completely integrated in the software

Extremely low centre of gravity

  • Due to the special frame design the tank reaches down below the frame height – high stability at high operational speeds and on slopes
  • Minimum residual quantities of chemicals

Taking care of the crop

  • Smooth machine underbody
  • No edges and corners on the underside of the machine
  • Hydraulically foldable and fully covered support leg

Mixture tank

  • High quality tank made of PE or stainless steel
  • Easy cleaning and residue-free inside walls
  • No mixture residues on the absolutely smooth inside walls
  • Stainless steel: welded on the inside and on the outside
  • Double tank concept for optimum weight distribution and traction in the field
  • Round tank shape for low flushing powers
  • PE fresh water tank with a capacity of approx. 850 litres and stainless steel fresh water tank with a capacity of 900 litres: enough water for a complete inside cleaning as extremely few residues remain in the system.

CCS Pro

  • Electronic operation on the pressure and the suction side for a complete control also from the cabin
  • Additional piston diaphragm pump for the continuous inside cleaning system CCS with automatic washing programs, e. g. intensive washing program, boom rinsing
  • Oil-driven (Load Sensing) centrifugal pump (1 000 l/min)
  • External control terminal
  • Hydraulic agitator, is controlled electronically via terminal and external control unit. Automatic switch-off if the residual quantity in the mixture tank falls below 150 liter.

Theodor Leeb

The objective when developing the 12 TD was to complete the well-known efficiency of the Leeb sprayers with an even larger tank capacity. With 12 000 litres we create reserves in the field especially if there a long distances between farm and field and in case of high water application rates. To maintain the vertical load in complex working conditions, the two tanks and their contents are controlled intelligently.

  • Boom suspension is designed as a parallelogram – hydr. spring-loaded and damped.
  • Soft and smooth boom rest even in hilly terrain and at high operational speeds.
  • The geometry of the parallelogram has been designed in such a way that the boom is kept close to the axle. The suspension is extremely torsion-resistant and thus perfectly suitable for the automatic boom controlsystem Leeb BoomControl.
  • Nozzle protection againt mechanical damage of the nozzles and wind protection during the development of the spraying fan

Steering angle of up to 28° at the rear axle also possible with wide tyres due to the waisted frame design.
