Two years ago, the owner of the contracting company NTA Petzenhauser decided to buy a HORSCH Focus 4 TD. The machine proved to be extremely versatile: on the one hand, it can be used for seeding every crop from rapeseed to wheat. On the other hand, the 3-hopper system allows for applying three different components at the same time. Thus, different seeds or seed with fertiliser and microgranular compound can be combined efficiently.

In Christoph’s opinion, another remarkable advantage is the flexible fertiliser placement: the fertiliser can be applied in three different ways.

The versatility of the Focus is additionally emphasised by the interchangeable seed bar which allows for changing the tine spacing from 15 cm to 30 cm.

Finally, the contractor points out: “With the HORSCH Focus, we can meet the different requirements of our customers and by carrying out up to three working steps in one pass save costs and resources.”
