#HORSCHtogether
Alexander Haselhoff has been accompanying the development of the Pronto line at HORSCH for more than two decades. As an experienced R & D engineer, he knows the challenges farmers are facing: „Today, customers want a machine that is customised to their farm“, he points out.
According to Alexander, the new Pronto 9 DC scores with "significantly more efficiency, higher precision and maximum adaptability". Thus, it sets new standards for medium and large farms.
The new AutoForce system is particularly interesting: „It automatically measures the penetration resistance of the coulters and adapts the placement depth depending on the condition of the soil. Thus, precise seeding is ensured.
The centrepiece of the revised universal seed drill is the new 6.000 l double hopper that allows for a separate filling with seed and fertiliser (60:40 partition) and thus increases efficiency in the field considerably. Due to different coulter systems – among them TurboDisc, ParaDisc and ParaDisc Plus – the machines adapts flexibly to different soil conditions.
