Next Generation Joker RT

2015 was a busy year for product announcements. In our last newsletter, we highlighted the new Maestro 40-foot toolbar and SW750 air cart, along with the Terrano FM and Joker HD tillage tools. But we haven’t said much about the updates we made to the original Joker RT. Here’s a look at what’s different on the next generation RT:

  • <b>Longer disc arms:<b>
The new disc arms are 3 inches longer than on previous models. This allows increased soil and residue flow through the machine.

    <b>More distance between disc rows:<b>
We extended the distance between the front and rear rows of discs by 7 inches. This improves residue flow.

  • <b>Improved depth control:<b>
A redesigned hand crank and cylinder depth stops make precise depth control easier. RollFlex accumulator system: The new accumulators give the RollFlex finishing system extra cushion in rough conditions.

    More robust RollFlex design:
The RT-28, RT-32 and RT-35 models now have RollFlex finishing systems with 12-millimeter packer tongues.

  • <b>Model numbers:<b>
We’ve changed the model numbers to reflect the working width of the machine. For instance, the RT-35 has a 35-foot working width. This numbering system is easier for dealers and customers to decipher.
